From Chai Chee to All of Singapore
Xiang Ye Nonya Dumpling began in 2005 as a humble family business in Chai Chee. We specialise in traditional Nonya and Hokkien-style rice dumplings (bak chang), made with natural ingredients and careful hand-wrapping.
Incorporated in 2022 as Xiang Ye Nonya Dumpling Pte Ltd, we now operate from Gourmet East Kitchen in Bedok North, supplying retailers and customers across Singapore.
Our signature Nonya dumplings feature beautiful blue-and-white glutinous rice dyed with butterfly pea flowers, filled with fragrant spices, pork and candied winter melon. Our Hokkien dumplings deliver classic savoury richness, with a salted egg version for extra indulgence.
